I am a Sprint indirect store owner, and I dont really find cellenator's amusing either, but he is only posting information and giving his opinion on that information. He only gets sarcastic when people respond to him in a sarcastic manor.

If we censor that type of material then we are american hypocrites to the first amendment, I suggest that if you dont like his posts, don't read them.

I dont know about other users, but I like phonescoop because it is a place where people can post opinions and debate on topics, not for the news quality, because many other sites get the news long before PS. I have, and do understand Cellenator has been labeled as a troll. I wouldn't have posted, what I stated, if I didn't believe.

Cellenator has established his own shine in the Sprint forums, and enjoys what he brings to the Sprint table. Cellenator is getting recognized as the bad guy or troll, he or she knows and is happy with the label. It's a high I'm sure Cellenator experiences. I know I do, when I help others. It makes me feel good to know I'm helping others in need. The more and More I helped, the better I felt.
In otherwards, it's good to be recognised.

SprintGuy_23, not all information is good information. If you've noticed what I report, it's positive and always willing to help as best as I can. I can put negative info, facts, numbers, and opinions about Sprint. Do I? No, because I believe in Sprint. We know the direction of Cellenator, and I know most of you know mine. I have helped many of Sprint's customers, and will continue to do so. Cellenator has brought biased info, but he's also brought valid information. If you've followed what Cellenator post, he's usually the first to post the poor earnings of Sprint, or other negative news of Sprint. That's not Cellenator's fault, that's Sprint's. That is why I'm here, I want to help others, I want Sprint to succeed.

Apparently you're missing the reason why there was a thread created on him/her in the first place.

First, I think everyone knows about Sprint's financial trouble, their lackluster CS, and their constant bleeding of customers. However, there is a way to do things and there is a way not to do things.

For example, the way to post negative information about Sprint such as Q3 numbers could go like the following: Cellenator-"I happened to see Sprint's Q3 numbers and it looks like things are continuing downhill." "Will they turn it around or will it be the same next quarter"??

Instead, it goes like this: Cellenator- "LOL did you see Sprint's numbers for Q3 you Sprint fanboys???" "Hahaha I can't wait til they go out of business or Verizon ...

I agree with sprint guy 23 ! Cellenator does post his opinions in a smart*** and sarcastic manner that are annoying and obnoxious if he were really just voicing his opinion he would just state what hes trying to say and nothing more !

It does take destructive criticism to put someone on their toes. I know some of Cellenator's comments can bring grief and can be immature. That's Cellenator being Cellenator.

Sprint employees are responsible for the continued decline of their company. From the top down to the poor CS reps. It's not my or any other "trolls" fault they are having problems. I only WISH I were getting paid to discuss them.
