does anyone know how to order a cust just the cd for installing smartview or sprint connection manager if the cust did not receive that cd with their replacement card?

lol then what good will the aircard do if he lives in the middle of nowhere? lol jk
this happened yesterday in a similar situation. we just used the customers Wifi on his laptop and used the connection were getting from the Demo Linksys router in our store. Worked like a charm. I would try that, or see if he can use your ethernet cord for a few minutes to download it. All you need is on Sprint.com/Download
Then just choose the Mobile Broadband option. Welp, hope this helps 😉
