Customer Service Question - Please!!! Thank you!

I purchased a Blackberry Curve and about 10 days later the tiny connectors inside the phone - one broke and the phone would no longer charge. When I pulled the charger out a piece of the phone came with it. I took the phone back to our local Sprint Corporate Store - not authroized dealer.

My question is - CAN they give you a refurbished phone without telling you saying it's new. The phone quality as in lighting, trackball speed all seem a little sluggish compared to my original one. I have all the settings the same.

Also, can you check the ESN number to tell me if they did trade me out a refurbished phone. I was within my 30 days.

As long as you were within your 30 days, you got a new phone from a corporate store. If you went to an Indirect you may want to question it.

I own an indirect store and would never do that to someone, nor would the majority of indirects, however I do know of an Indirect in my area that would do something like that. (InTouch Wireless).

So I wouldnt worry too much about that, Sprint does have a bit of integrity.

we do not nor have ever replaced phones within the 30days with refurished ones. heck, in our store, if you buy a phone and return it the next day it has to be returned to vendor cause its considered used. 😕
