YOU SAY SPRINT SCREWED YOU, AND MAYBE THEY DID. BUT IF THEY DID UNFORTUNATLY SO WILL SOMEONE ELSE. JUST THEY THE WORLD IS... PEOPLE GET SCREWED, NO COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE ITS ISSUES.

I mean if you're providing some service, any service, say like lawn mowing. If you mow your neighbor's lawn every week and every week they are suppose to pay you $50, and they stop paying you, are you going to mow their lawn? And if you don't mow their lawn do they have a reason to be mad at you?
There are two sides to every story, people just have a hard way justifying stuff like this to large companies that seem to have no face. Here's a hint, stop being cheap and buying over the phone and online. Go to...

I would hazard to guess that 75% of the calls I get from upset customers are people who are behind on their bill, but don't seem to understand why we can't restore their service until they pay the money they owe! Its always some excuse about how they have to have their phone bc they have a sick family member, or they're losing "Thousands of $$$ in business deals". If your phone is such a necessity, you would think you'd make sure it was always paid on time!
Then, when they get mad and cancel, its because "Sprint screwed me"!
Learn to take some responsibility!
In my PERSONAL experience, Sprint is by far the best carrier I've ever had. VZ overcharged us monthly, dropped mad calls, had HORRIBLE customer service and was just an overall bad experience. I gladly paid my ETF to get out of there.
Tmobile was very nice to me, but service was lacking in my area. Alltel was nothing special, more dropped calls than Sprint and Tmobile. ATT's coverage here is same as Tmobile, no matter what the map says.

Hate to hear that you had such a bad experience when you were with Sprint. My own experience has been nothing short of superb.
I pay less money for more minutes and features with better coverage than I had with the other guys.
Best part is that since I'm a legacy Nextel corporate customer, I don't even have to deal with their sub-par CS over on the PCS side. Never waited more than three minutes on the phone and no billing issues in over 5 years of service! ๐
