I'm not seeing it there, I've been watching www.sprint.com/downloads then selecting Windows Mobile

Don't know what you may have read earlier, but there is no update for the Touch at that link or any other HTC site. Sure hope it comes back soon if it was there.

It was pulled due to some software issues 👿 ... at least we know its coming sooner than later (have been waiting since when ... January ??!!)

It was pulled because the Navigation doesnt work properly unless you "hard reset" your phone after the update.

Launch the internet on your phone, hop over to phone screen hit ##DEBUG# Go to HDR and it'll show you.
