Roaming Question

If on the Sprint coverage locator it shows an address as "roaming" and the Verizon coverage locator shows the address as "no coverage" and Sprint, Verizon and AT&T are the only significant (that I know of) carriers in the area . . . What network would Sprint be roaming on?

Sprint had used Alltel as a roaming partner quite a bit in the past. Not sure how current that is anymore.

A regional carrier, such as Alltel.
