Okay, So I'm at work where I'm fighting with this person to stay with Verizon. They are threating to switch to Sprint.... I'm so sick of people threatening to leave Verizon to Sprint... All they want is more of a discount that we cannot offer.... PAY WHAT IS OFFERD... Anywho, So how many of you has ended your account with another carrier paying hundreds of dollars to find out that your paying for Junk???? Please enlighten me???? I would love to use you as examples to other customers to show they are making a mistake... Should Sprint pack there bags and sell there services to another company or what?

I had Sprint and ATT before... Both have the WORST customer service and don't listen and lie!!! So....

My entire family terminated their service with other carriers to go to Sprint. 😁

And by entire family I'm talkin' aunts, uncles and cousins, not just Mom and Dad. 12 people in all. Plus a bunch of friends have too.

And NO they are not on my Advantage Club accounts. I love these people but I don't trust them with my credit.

That's that's T-mobile's job, they're like the shadiest carrier in this area mainly to do with Mobile Solution kiosk. I want punch those guys in the face everyday I go in the mall. YOU'RE GIVING EVERYONE A BAD NAME! But I know how the commission works for them and how little most get.

Thats funny, I used to work right by a Mobile Solutions Kiosk. They sold Suncom there. I couldnt believe how many complaints from customers they got. Hell, I saw one employee get arrested from there for harrassing a female customer. Now all the Mobile Solustions kiosk's are closed in this area. I wonder why? 🙄

Wow, i had a VZ rep try and tell me that same crap when i left them about 3 or 4 years ago. They told me that i was making a huge mistake. That the other carriers were junk and that at VZ i pay more for "better quality" service.

VZ loved to over charge us for roaming when we weren't roaming and were usually rude to me in the store and over the phone. They also had crappy service. I dropped lots of calls.

I went to Tmobile for about a year and was satisfied, but the coverage wasn't very good. I knew that going in, but my friends all had it.

Then i went to Sprint. I work for Sprint now, but was a customer for about 6 months before i came to work here. On VZ i probably averaged about a dozen dropped calls a week. The serv...

I do agree Verizon over charges but I had sprint when I was younger and I was constantly lied to. Had no service. And was over charged and they would not pay for it. I was charged 400$ for data charges that I did not know I ran up. They forced me to pay.

Hey, i feel ya there. I've unfortunately seen that. Every carrier does that crap.

What happened with us with the overage from VZ was their blatant attempts to overcharge for roaming. We were invited to join the class action lawsuit that was filed about it. We never did because we always got it corrected. Sometimes it took my dad a few hours and heated discussions on the phone, but it got handled.

Unfortunately Sprint has a bad rep for it because it seems that when someone has a bad experience with Sprint they got tell EVERYONE they can. That's the main reason that they're in bad shape right now. Now matter how many millions of dollars you dump into advertising, word of mouth is still the best advertising there is.

My best friends family(I practically live with her) switched from Verizon to Sprint. They switched because with 3 ppl on their line their bill was 300 dollars or more a month. Verizon charged them for some crap they didn't use, Verizon tried to charge them 400 dollars one month. So they couldn't handle it. They paid the one huge fee, and went to Sprint.

Since then they've not paid that much since then. They're service isn't as good as with Verizon, but it's still good, they only time they don't get service is when they are in the middle of absolute nowhere, which is quite common. They're happy with Sprint, and will never go back to Verizon.

Well you have to understand that in some areas Sprint has better coverage than Verizon. Where I use to live Verizon coverage was crappy but when I switched to Sprint the coverage in that area was great...no static or dropped calls. Im not currently with Sprint but have considered going back because I do like the service. I live in the city and all major carriers have great coverage here. I was told by a coworker of mine that VZW Sprint and At&t offer City employees discounts so I will call an hr rep to confirm that. Anywho, people need to pick a carrier based on coverage and what they can afford. No sense in sticking with a carrier when you can't even use your phone in your home or everywhere you go in your area has a little or no sign...

I used to have VZW about 3 or 4 years ago. I had a very bad experience with them jerking my chain every chance they got. I, ironically, work for them now as a webchat consultant now and see that CS has greatly improved since I had service. While that is a big step towards keeping customers, it was just not enough for me. I eventually went with a local company in northern kentucky who had great plans and great service. I had to switch from them because I moved to an area that didn't have great coverage for them. I chose Sprint for the Cost and because my Family has them. CS for Sprint isn't the best, but they are getting better. I will see where they are in 2 years and decide if I want to go with someone else or stay. I agree with some other ...
