phone issues

My Katana II has been great, but recently people have had a hard time hearing me. If I bump the phone a little, it clears up for awhile. There is no water damage, and no physical damage to the device itself.

Will Sprint replace it for free due to mechanical defect? Or am I out of luck and have to buy a new phone? Thanks!

Sanyo will replace any of their manufactured handsets at no additional cost, if the phone is still under their 12 month manufacture warranty.
If the device is past the 12 month warranty, doesn't have ESRP or TEP, and isn't damaged beyond repair, Sprint can replace or fix the issue for a fee, up to $55.
