This is really no big deal. With Verizon you get an annual upgrade too, and 25 percent of accessories. Plus verizon has a better upgrade policy with their NE2 which gives you a better price than a new customer!
I think it's funny that the whiteglove 🙄 allows you to talk to a more qualified rep with less hold time lol It would be nice if they were all qualified, and not from India!
Anyway this is what Sprint should have been doing all along, it's only now that they are losing million that they have decided to start to make a feeble attempt at treating their customers right.

well this makes the customer eligible for the new customer pricing which is a pretty nice deal. The annual upgrade isn't the new customer pricing with verizon, and it definitely is a pretty big deal. A Palm centro runs for 400 at regular price after the new customer pricing with the mail in rebate ($50) the phone come down to $100
