I can't even get into all the details without tons of stories, however giving a few details will tell the story and agony I experienced with Sprint. 18 people, 13 hours, change of contract dates (not to my favor) is just the jest what I endured with this company. Hopefully others will read this and decide not to join their organization for services.
Good luck trying to reverse cell phone text messaging spam. Call center help won't do anything unless one has a PIN (never formally issued); the input field on the website for asking questions has a small character limit, although there is no warning or disclaimer, so one's supposed to automatically know how many characters to input; t...
