sucks....but Sprint believes that all of our customers should get the best service possible from their broadband. That means speedy downloads for all users, not just a few.

When someone is downloading a particularly large amount of information over a long period of time, repeatedly, it can slow down speeds for other users who might just be checking their e-mail or browsing online. So to make sure Sprint service is fair for everybody, Sprint is encouraging the right kind of use on the network

yup! i'm tired of hearing ppl complain about this. wireless broadband is NOT suppose to be your only means of internet connection. its a luxury to have on the road when a normal wired internet connection is not available

I find it so funny that most (not everyone) for the last few years have complained about Verizon Wireless and there capped data. The same reasons were given about bandwidth, customer experience etc. Nobody cared....just complained.

Now Sprint does it and people on here get pissed that people are complaining. 🤨

What reasons do you give for Sprint doing it.....The same ones Verizon has.....

I dont balme either company really, I am sure behind the scenes both have very important business decision reasons for doing it. Sprint prolly just held out a little longer to lure more customers.
