Windows Mobile 6.1 coming to Touch and Mogul
Windows Mobile 6.1 will be available for both the HTC Mogul and Touch in July. Also the Rev.A update for the Touch will be available near the same time.
Windows mobile 6.1 will include;
-Threaded text messaging (like palm's)
-Sliding Panel home screen (to replace iCube)
-Actual page display with zoom (like iPhone or Opera Mobile)
-Auto Exchange Server
-Direct Push Technology for Exchange (save battery, and reduces bandwith)
-New Device manager
-Advanced bluetooth phonebook transfer
-Bluetooth Auto pairing
This is the same operating system that will be loaded on the new Diomond and Raphael which will be out by Thanksgiving.
