Is there a way to get FREE ring tones?
I have the LG Rumor. I am not on any Data plan. Is there a way to get FREE ring tones via txt/pic/video message (for instance via a 3rd party website?) I even bought myself a MicroSD card so I can transfer ring tones from my fiance's phone to mine. She has the Palm Centro. When we try to put the ring tones from her phone onto the MicroSD card it says they are locked. How do you "unlock" them?

I'm not understanding....do I need to visit a website to use these promo codes or not? Do I need to use "data" on my phone to be able to get these promo codes?
