Really? here are the pro's and con's that I can see.

Con:When I work for a kiosk, it's boring, yes. But I have three carriers to offer. That's a good deal.

Pro: Working in a Sprint only store, people come to YOU looking for SPRINT phones.

Con: I get extra rewards from T-Mobile on a rewards card for each phone I sell. It's a sweet perk. 150-300 extra bucks a month.

Pro: I need to know corp. benefits.

I have a Sprint dealer line. What happens with it when I go corporate? What's the deal on getting a new phone? What if I want a blackberry? How long do I have to stay with them to get deals.

Thanks.

Before you dismiss it for pay reasons only, you need to consider the benefits package at corporate. Do you have benefits such as healthcare, 401k, sick time and vacation time accrual? If so, how do all of those compare to the corporate offering. You have to consider benefits as part of the salary as well. Many mom and pop size businesses offer better hourly or commission pay than larger companies in lieu of better if any benefits package.

Also consider how much room for advancement there may be with the independent vs. a corporate store. If Sprint pulls themselves out of their financial slump then you'll have far more opportunities for long term advancement than you might with the smaller independent dealers.

I've never worked in wir...

Customer: What does it matter?

RS Employee: I want to make sure you get the right product.

Customer: I just want AA batteries!!

RS Employee: Ok but have you heard our battery a month for life program?

Customer: Do you have a place I can kill myself? Maybe take you with me?
