about PIN and Notification Method
when create a new account please input the Additional Security Notification Method: SMS and put the primary sub PTN so the customer may recieve sms with PIN if he/she forgets. happends 3 of 10 times. 😁
Also dont asume customer first car was "jackie" or any other female name, or street grew up was "mexico" "canada"; or the hobby "go out for a walk on a sunny day with my friends or family and buy some icecream ... etc.. etc.. " LOL

i hate seeing the empty field for the notification method, sometimes thats the difference between a regular call and an escalated one.
