I honestly don't know - My manager has told us that Sprint is currently on a hiring freeze - Now that could possibly by in our market - And I'm in Denver (hint s/n) - Though, I love my job here at Sprint - The only issue that I've got here is the commissions - The fact that I've got to appeal something about every month is the only problem - Other than that, if you've got a good crew, all should go well! =0)

Unless it varies from East to West, it's split hourly and commission. The hourly part depends on experience and local markets. Here it ranges from $8/hr to $12/hr, with most reps falling in the $9/10 range. With commissions added, we have reps here who make about $33k on the low end to about $45/50k on the high end, all depending on how much you sale. I'm in an average area in the Eastern area. You'd have to talk to the manager at that store or reps in that area for specifics, but this is about the average in most places.

It usually takes two to three months around here. I'd follow-up with a quick call to the store manager about seven days after doing the online assesment. Then check in about once a week or every two weeks.

Yep. I believe they have to hold the position open for some period of time to make sure outside and non-referred persons have time to see online postings and apply. Then, it takes a bit for HR & security to check things and give their approval. It seems to take a month to two months, minimum.
😕

Best of luck with it.
