...then my plan i have a retentions plan its like 1000 mins for $40 i think and unlimited texting for $8 instead of $10 and then the unimited internet...so how do i do this? Cuz this is stressin me out
If they're offering you 150.00 rebate toward a new phone right now that's awfully generous of them. You may want to check with them and see if you have to order the phone throught them specifically, cause with retentions it may be that way.
If you paid a deposit with your current line it would go towards your ETF if you did decide to cancel, and if you resigned back up on SERO you'd need to pay another deposit most likely (don't quote me) online to sign up for that plan.
I would say you're getting a pretty damn good deal right now, maybe just stick it out with this plan until your contract is up and switch to ...

Well if you did cancel that line the ETF would get put onto the bill with the other balance you owe and the deposit you paid would be applied to it, but any remaining balance would have to be paid.
I told her that this is so jacked up that i dont even know what to say anymore and that im VERY seriously thinking about switching becuase they cant get nothing right.

I used to work for corporate and if the battery was an issue we would issue a battery along with the replacement, you may want to speak with your local store about that.
And which phone do you have?

Then the prob with the bill is, is that she gave a a service credit...wich was supposed to be for the bill i owe @ the current moment....but some how its in the system for next month. Im really not worried so much about my bill but Im just getting told different things by different people wich is casuing problems
