I've never seen this one before: When checking my plan details online it states in my included features "CANCELATION CHARGE". This line was never canceled and is currently active. WTF? The shown balance due is still normal. The account is in P2K. Is it possible its an online glitch or should I expect an invalid ETF on my next bill? I'm not sure if they'res anything I can do proactively on this one before the next bill cuts. What a headache.

Sounds like a necessary code entered to all accounts that does not incur a monthly charge. It's in the system so that if you cancel the ETF will appear on your bill just like a text message pay per use. I'm not sure on the matter but I would call in and just ask without the 'WTF'. It gets you further.

Thanks for the info. That gives me an idea of what might be going on with it now. I'm always reluctant to call in because I'm uncomfortable with the outsourced reps handling my account. About the "WTF", believe me I know. Cursing at reps gets nothing accomplished. Atleast it didn't for people who cursed at me.

The answer Im gonna guess is that you recently upgraded a phone probaly within the lsat few months. When the system knocked off the old contract and replaces it with a new one the old contract show up on your bill with a $200 charge and $200 credit. Normally it doesnt print on the bill at all though.

I've seen that happen in the UBP conversion process. Are you sure you haven't been migrated?

Positive. Are you saying that can happen if the account is about to be converted? Because as of now the account is still P2k

I just know that a major conversion took place ending the 25th, and I'ved credited three ETFs since then. Something strange systematically happens causing an ETF. In any case, if it appears on the bill, clearly you haven't cancelled so just get it credited.
