I called myself switching to Verizon Wireless, and they are no better than Spint, maybe it's my service area that sucks or something, cause I know that verizon is suppose to be like the s***, when it somes to service but, mine sucked. Did not like it one bit, was not impressed by there selection of phones, was not impressed with plans, I was spolied to 7pm off peek and had to go back to 9pm. which was hard to get use too, plus I have hit alot of dead spots where I just can't get coverage, and i can never get a signal in my office and my Sprint Phone always had a signal. I have a family share with verizon, and they make you pay $10 extra dollars for your second line to talk in-network which is crap. So I am canceling my contract and going ba...

Now thats what I'm talking about. There are no perfect carriers out there, none. You do need to shop around and decide whats best for you, but as a customer we need to understand that we are dealing with wireless comunications and to expect 100% up time, 100% coverage and 0$ cost is not only unrealistic it is flat out crazy. And its like you said, sprint is said to be bad with cust service and network, but your personal experiences have told you something else, I've heard negative things about every carrier, as well as positive things. I think that if we as consumers understand the nature of wireless, then we will all be alot happier, and by demanding less from our wireless companies by way of replacement phones and courtsy credits, then the...

Yeah, I went back and resigned mt contract with them, and got the Sanyo 7400, which I have to compliment Sanyo, this is a very nice phone. Ported from Verizon, I'm happy now, I can make calls in my office now at least.
