I have 5 lines. I am currently paying the $20/for unlim texting for the account but didn't know if there were any discounted rates for all lines to have vision as well? I hate paying $15 per phone just so my parents can send pics....I thought I could pay just $5 and get pics but I was told it still charges you per kb....is that true? I know they used to charge add-subs 1/2 price for vision, do they still do that? Thanks

YOu can pay 5 per line but youll get charged 3 cents/KB (which is very expensive)

they currently do not have any disocunts for families with vision in the p2k billing system,i dont know which one you are in. and if you do just have the $5 pic mail it does charge per kb

i dont use ensemble yet i havent been trainedin it. we get our training in about 2 months for it. i know htey do have different options and abilities than p2k.

i have sprint right now and this bugs me from leaving verizon and coming to sprint because on sprint to send pictures you need to pay an extra $5 for picture mail plus kb charge as well, while on verizon you can send pictures without an extra fee. SO STUPID SPRINT! take that dumb $5 picture mail off and include sending pictures with texts.

this will answer all your questions, first off, ensemble doesn't have any special discounts for family vision plans or evdo plans, they $5 picture mail doesn't charge casual kb charges anymore, and mottelerj, if he is paying $20 for texting on all lines then he isn't on a fair and flex line, he is on a 700 min ppk plan or higher...i have worked for sprint call centers for about 10 months and have had ens training almost the whole time, so for nodeposit's question, just add the pic mail pack on all lines for $5 per line if all you are going to be doing is sending pictures, but if you are checking the weather then you would be better off just leaving on the vision packs

well if you have a 550 minute power pack plan then you have to pay $5 per line for unlimited text. its not compatible with the $20 pack. and it does charge per k for the picture mail out of error but it does charge it if you wouldve fully read my posts i have stated its not supposed to but it will. so unless you wanna call in every single month and get credit for it id add the data pack.

you could do the $5 vision package, apparently its not supposed to charge per kilobyte anymore, thats what the bigwigs here have told us. but i haven't had that proven yet, so its hard telling, but other than that the cheapest we have is $15 per line. Sorry ☹️

Not exactly correct. Check Picture Mail overview matrix I believe is the name of the document, Picture mail is NOT charged casual usage. If it happens, submit billing case. Still there, checked hour ago.

WRONG as per KMS document "Picture Mail Matrix (CDMA)" under pricing: "As of 6/01/07, customers will no longer be billed casual data usage charges when using picture mail without unlimited data plan."

The Five dollar picture mail package INCLUDES DATA(Data used for sending pictures, not web/email data). 100% for sure. fOR ALL OTHER data you will need a 15 dollar access pack. This is something many customers have complained about.

With $5 dollar picture mail plan you will be charged for kb usage but we WILL credit it right back its a system issue we have been having for a little while but are working on corrrecting. As far as discounted vision plans for family accounts IF you ask nice we will let you do $15 on the primary and $5 on the subs we do it all the time.

15.00 should be for every line on a family plan why don't they just have a set fee for everything insted of charging a little here and little there by the time you get everything straight they change the prices again. When I call customer care they tell my 15.00 for unlimited text then I call again they tell me 10.00
