SPRINT LIES! actual email from rep

Please note that
effective 12/31/07, Sprint stopped charging :

- $1.55 Federal Programs Cost Recovery Fee
- $0.40 Federal E911
- $0.15 Federal Wireless Local Number Portability
- $1.15 Service Fee
- $1.99 Account Infrastructure Fee

The only charge on the account will be:

- 0.20 Regulatory Charge - This charge recovers costs associated with
regulatory mandates (such as FCC CPNI regulations).
- $0.75 Administrative Charge - This charge partially offsets switched
and special access costs.

I was charged
2.75 Regulatory fee plus a whole slew of other city/state taxes that finally equaled 19.00.

well get the $2.75 credited if you would like by calling CS, city/state taxes you have to pay, no where in your "e-mail from the rep" said we dont still charge taxes.

go back to your old bills and add up what your total taxes and fees were before 12/31
my guess is that total will probably be about $22.00.

this is actually not for everyone, it is a change for just some customers, i work for sprint call centers and they aren't changing this for everyone, they will not credit it back if you call in, it's not going to happen i promise, so don't waste your time trying to get it credited
