So my Q today decided that it didnt want to charge anymore! I have been charging it buy USB cable becuase I lost my charger along time ago but I have never had a problem with it charging unless it was already dead. So now what do I do?

My bill is past-due now by a few days and I only paid half of it becuase im sick of dealing with this phone..so is there any way that i can get a different phone or a quick fix. Becuase its dead now and i dont have any way to charge it and i dont think its fair for me to pay $50 for a replacement phone.

To tell the truth i dont even have the money to pay the other half at the moment but i still need a solution becuase i know ill get it paid soon

If you have TEP, you don't have to pay a $50 deductable if it is not Marked damage beyond repair. Take it to a repair center and have them work on it or do a Advanced Exchange on it. This will also work if you have ESRP, or NSP on your account for no cost.

Advance exchange is gonna give you another q if they have it in stock or possibly the Q9c if they don't.

There are plenty of Qs still out there, that's what you'll most likely get.

I know the Q sucks, but you shouldn't really expect anything other than *what you paid for*.

All products, generally, have a return period if you don't like it or whatever. After that, it's a matter of selling the phone if you don't like it.

I've been in your shoes. After months of being generally annoying, my Q decided to brick on me sometime after I put it on the charger at night and when I woke up the next morning. After having it replaced, I went back to my prior phone and sold the Q on ebay.

Just replace it and then get the phone you want and sell the Q.

After calling a few stores around here they said they either have none of either the old one or the Q9C....and the one store had both and only 2 of the old ones. But that store does not have the repair center and I dont like goin to the the one with the repair thingy because I never walk out with the problem fixed. I end up paying for something i shouldn't have to b reliable for. Im way past my return period and its nothing i did to it!

...hey sprint_2007 im sure u havent read the other message yet but I just thaught of something. Is there any way that u could possibly get me a different phone? And when do the pro-rated ETF's start? Because i was thinkin about canceling my account then start once again but will that not work?

Uhh id...

JUST GO ALREADY!!
You started this thread monday night, if you would put HALF as much effort into getting your phone fixed as you have into whining about how you dont like what YOU bought months ago, youd have a brand new Q in your hands right now...

We do not know what THEY would do, we are we, we are not they, THEY can tell you what THEY will do, because THEY are THEY, not WE.

Suck it up go to the S&R center get a new Q and deal with it. You bought that phone and if it hadn't broke you'd be stuck with it anyway. Just because it broke doesn't mean you get to upgrade. So deal with it. Sorry if that sounds harsh but it is the way it works.

You want another phone? You will have to go to a repair store and if they cant fix the problem then you will get a replacement phone ordered or givin one of the same model if its in stock.

If you do have ESRP(TEP) it will be free. If not it should be a 35 Dollar charge to replace it for a charging issue.

You may just need to purchase another charger if the device works fine or if they have extras the repair store may give you one for free.

Goodluck.
