That's never going to happen. Sprint owns the Ensemble (via Nextel). Premiere was a third party application that they were spending money on for licensing and updates?

nope ubp is amdocs software. Premier is owned by sprint and was licensed to IBM for upgrades and updates. P2K is owned by Convergys and Sprint did not want to pay for the newest version of billing software that they have called Infysis and instead went with UBP which is owned by Amdocs. Just as a side note Verizon actually uses Infysis for there billing software and cust service.

Too many friggin clicks and it is unorganized. You are able to look at more past billing history to better serve customers in premier than Ensemble. Now Premier has its problems with upsales, multiple clicks and going from line to line but still the flow is alot better than ensemble (UBP) system. 🤨
