I use to have sprint and I know that I could never recieve calls while I was on the web. I am wondering with the treo phones or sanyo phones can you recieve calls while on the web? Thanks

Thanks for trying it for me. I had the sanyo 8400 and I know it did the same thing. I am not sure about the smartphones.

If you are *actively* transferring web data you will not be able to receive a phone call and any inbound calls will be routed directly to voice-mail. However if your data session is idle you will be able to receive and make phone calls.

if you are using 1xrtt data then no. If you are using EVDO and your phone is set to prioritize voice first then yes!

I believe there is a setting you can disable through the ##data#, so you can or can not receive calls, while wap browsing.
