Whoever they are needs to be dragged out into the street and shot.

Why in the hell are you gonna put the Katana II on a side where there are nothing but IDEN phones and the Blackberry 7520 on a side with nothing but Sprint Vision phones? Wouldn't it make more sense to keep the IDEN phones together and the CDMA phones together? Plus the managers at my store are "by the book" and any variation of the POG is seen as wrong as we lose points on their precious audit.

You should download a few MP3 ring tones of people having wild sex to various handsets at your store and randomly call them throughout the day.

a) we keep all our demos locked up due to security issues

b) we have people calling them all day already and it gets annoying.

we pretty much firebomb the POGs and go with what makes sense.

While the phones don't make sense, the accessory wall is even worse.

while i don't quite firebomb the POG, i pretty much just go with what makes sense. we are a prototype store, and all of our POG that we get is for gemini, so none of it works. we have to improvise alot to make out store work. we've never lost points on our audit for being non-compliant either. just go with what works, and tell your manager that it's what was in the book?

i usually don't advocate lying, but it doesn't make any sense at all to mix iden and cdma devices. we did that once, and it was just really confusing.
