Sprint cancelled by Sero after I tried to exchange a phone

Well,

I called Sprint 5 days ago and asked to exchange mt 755p for a Mogul.

It took me almost an hour to get my return and new order. I was told I would get it on Friday or Monday at the latest.

Today I called Sprint to inquire why I still did not have a phone. they informed me I had no order and transfered me before I could finish talking. While waiting, I was disconnected.

I called my local Store which is about 60 miles away and after giving him my phone #, he told me my account was canceled.

I am disgusted and burned out after dealing with Sprint Customer Service. Not sure what to do now.

wow as part of c.s. i am sorry! i wonder what happened????? i wish i could take alook at your ccount and find out but i cant i would love to fix that if your accoutn was cancelled and it hasnt been the end of the billing cycle yet they can undo it (trust me i had to do it the other day for someone) and ge tyou the right phone sent out

Thanks, I guess I should have kept the 755p.
The fellow that took my order had a heavy accent.
So I had a hard time understanding him.

Does anyone know how the Mogul is compared to the 755p?

i think the mogul is a lot better, but im not afan of the treos at all and i am biased, i have a 6700 lol

Here's a link that compares the 2 phones. My opinion: The Palm OS is less likely to crash, compared to Windows Mobile OS. The QWERTY keyboard on the Mogul is easier to use, compared to Treo's QWERTY keyboard.

What do want to do with your phone?

Uhh that has to suck.

So can you just sign up again and get the phone you want?
Or is there a wait period before you can sign up again?

I know it's more work than you want i'm sure.

I called Customer Service and spoke to soneone in the Termination department.

She was very helpful and reactivated my account and sending me my Mogul. I should have it by Wednesday.

No one could tell me why it got canceled.

It's too bad, I have had bad luck when trying to talk to CS, seems whenever I try and change something, things get screwed up.

I am having second thoughts between the Mogul and 755p.
