I was told my cancelation fee would be waived since i had been complaining about my reception at home since before the end of the first fifteen days and i had been taking my phone in and trying different things jsut about every three days. i just got teh 150 dollar bill. any chance i can get themn to drop this? i know its in the notes to drop my cancelation fee because i watched the girl write it. what can i do about this?

just another example of downright aweful Sprint PCS Customer Service. They'll say one thing and do the exact opposite. 👿

probubly what happened is when the person canceled the line they did not put on the proper code. my recomendation is to go into the sprint store where the girl helped you, perferably use her and she will wave it. or you cna call in and they can credit it back for you. there shouldn't be a problem at all.

Keep in mind that you made the decision on your own to keep trying to make it work. That goes a little way, but not a lot. Don't be surprised if they give you the axe on your request. There is a reason you have 15 days to cancel service, so by failing to do so simply because you are trying to make it work doesn't give you any more leeway than a customer that simply didn't cancel in the remorse period "just because".
