So I own a Sprint A900.. and for a few months, I have to have my network turned off
is there anyway to still get new ringtones....

I think he meant that he doesn't have Power Vision on his account or he had the IP Basic & EVDO Casual removed and wants to know whether or not he can still place ringtones on his Samsung A900. The only think I can think of junglemassive is if he purchases DataPilot or similar software to use with a USB cable.

All ringtones not expressly purchased (at a profit) and transmitted (at a profit) from a Wireless carrier are illegal, immoral, and deprive musicians and production crews of money.
Only criminals would have such ringtones and the capability to change them.
Sprint is doing you a service by restricting how you can use your own property, by removing any temptation you may have to commit criminal acts which you will no doubt do with the temptation present.
Nevermind the fact the technology deployed in cell phones is a direct derivative of the computer industry and that a persons wireless phone should be able to integrate with a personal computer without the need for non-standardized cables (at a profit) or software (at a profit).
