I absolutely hate the fact customers exploit the SERO Program through various means such as complaining to our customer care and retention departments as well as using a particular bogus e mail address to gain access to it. At the rate customers sign up for the SERO program, what will be the sense for us in the direct retail channel to exist. Sure some people still want to come in to our stores and kiosks for hands on interaction with the various products and services as well as talk to a wireless sales professional like myself, but if I was in these customers shoes, I'd leech all I could out of the employee and then just turn around and go through the SERO Progam on line.

God jugle, what is wrong with you? It obviously has EVERYTHING to do with the blade!
I bet you also don't grasp the concept of two plus two equals berries and cream!

lol. I'm just giving you ****.

I'm sticking with my theory of ray ray not paying attentionand clicking the reply button for the wrong thread.

First of all, i highly doubt anyone but youself thinks that you are a wireless sales "professional." Secondly, you basically just told any "customer" that reads this forum what you, a "professional" S, ho work the system even more... way to go Raymond!

correction... its tool bag... aka a$$... aka a 30+ year old retail consultant that has to suck the chrome off the tail pipe of Forsee's Lexus to make himself feel useful... aka i live at home with my mom and i have nothing better to do with my outside free time away from work than sit on here and get people fired for stuff that everyone else besides him does or says... end of rant ๐Ÿ˜› lol

I wonder if our dear friend Ramon trolls other forum sites looking for employees releasing internal and proprietary information?

Honestly I haven't seen many people (if any) release that type of information on this site, if someone were wanting to do so they would find another means of exchanging info with the competition.
He is trying to be like 007 but coming off more like Austin Powers.

Unlike most others in this thread, I'll join you in missing the A900. We have a few refurbs left in stock, but they go pretty quick. It was a nice and solid phone. This and the A920 just rocked hard.
