Fusic Problem

Lately, when i receive some calls, the other person can hear me but i cannot hear them. It seems to only happen sprint to sprint. Any ideas?

yep u need 2 call Lockline..or if its under a year..you still have the store warranty

You got some damage to your phones rotator cuff and this is physical damage that voids your warranty and insurance, sorry but you need to purchase a new phone at full retail. and no there is no issue with our network it works perfectly fine for us here in overland park ๐Ÿ˜‰

The speakers going out is pretty common on the fusics and as long as their isnt any user damage to the phone it is still covered under your 1 year warrenty with LG, that sprint honors for 35$ without TEP or for free with TEP. Go to your local corp sprint store and explain the problem and have them look at the phone, they will make the ruling on what they can do for you.
