Help! My Sony Ericsson T610 is broken. What will I get from T-Mobile?

Hello everyone!
🙂 I have contract with T-Mobile from October last year until now. But on December, I changed my plan and T-Mobile renewed my contract on December and my contract will be expried this December. So, so far I have been with T-Mobile for 7 months if I count from October last year. Recently, my Sony Ericsson T610 is not working right. Whenever I am on the phone for 15 - 30 mins, the phone shuts off power by itself and turns on again 👿 . So my question is:
Since T-Mobile discontinues support for this phone. If I call and complaint to T-Mobile, what will T-Mobile do? will T-Mobile fix my phone or replace it with another T610 or give me another new phone?
Does anyone and T-Mobile rep know?
Thanks in advance. 🙂

Will someone answer my question?????

You will also see this post in the Manufacturers section under samsung..."Clamshell Speakerphones". And here it is..."I have T-mobile service and have owned a samsung E105 for about 1 year now, and i want a better phone. I like the samsung "clamshell" (E105-E315) design. I was thinking about upgrading to the samsung E315, but i was reading the reviews on phone scoop and i found out that it had some bad qualities. One of them is that i would like to have the speaker phone feature (which to my knowledge it doesn't have) along with the picture and video (which it does have). If anyone could post a T-Mobile phone that has those features or someone that knows when a phone like this is coming out... that would be GREATLY appreciated!" 🙂

Need some help

I'm relatively new to T-Mobile (used to be a Verizon member... but naturally they're too expensive). Anyways, I have a sidekick and am extremely happy with it, minus the size of it... it's huge!! and now its become a problem and I am looking for a smaller phone. I've looked at the ones that are avail for T-Mobile and honestly, not too excited about any of them minus maybe the Sharp. My question is this... What exactly do I need to look for if I buy a phone that is not from T-Mobile so that it works on their system and with the SIM card? Any help is appreciate and if there are any recommendations for phones on and off the T-mobile site, that would be helpful too. Thank you!!

Oh rhetoric...gotta love it

So I've been killing some time looking around other forums, and I have to say the quality of conversations, and overall content is just horrible!

I'm glad We're keeping it intellectual and informative in here, but wow! I've never heard/seen so many vacuous conversations since I've been a member of phonescoop.

For instance one of many examples: the "CDMA is better than GSM" ongoing debate has flamed up again and some of the reasons are just...wow... I can't comment...maybe I'll just sit here for a minute and drool.

It's not just casual debate, people are getting viscious, and their reasoning, logic, and educated responses are going down the toilet! What on earth is going on?

Tampa Call Center

My firewall won't let me access T-Mobile jobs, but I'm interested in the call center they have in Tampa.

Any employees have any info to give me? Retention is my forte. 🙂

How'd T-Mobile USA doing... reception-wise?

Renewals

I have only been a Dealer for a year but in that year I have seen T Mobile renewals drop dramatically. Not because they are going to other Carriers but because T Mobile is going directly to my customers with offers we can't match. I think it would be wiser for T Mo to support the dealer network rather than cut our hearts out.

If we were even able to offer loyalty minutes to the subs for renewing with us it might help. We try to support T Mo by not churning the sub and we get kicked in the butt. Also, the T Mo web offers are making the customers think all phones are free. They are destroyng the market.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE t-MOB 7290

I am shopping for a t-mobile 7290 without a contract extension and i was looking on ebay. somebody just listed 10 with new activation/extensions only and said that is the only way they are allowed to sell it. I checked on the T-Mobile website and the 7290 is no longer listed!

Anybody know what is up?

Motorola V635 and Moto V551/V300 question.

I have a question. My question is, are the screen size and colors the same on the V635, V551, and V300? When I looked at the V551 the phone's screen looks bigger than the V635. Is there a difference, besides the V635's Mega-Pixel camera feature?

V330

I just got off the phone with Customer Care and they said the Motorola V330 will be in warehouses May 14, in stores May 16 and available for upgrade on May 18. Hopefully they won't decide to push the release back any longer!

Questions regarding Treo 600

Hi everyone. I had a question about the Treo. I was thinking about upgrading to it this month, but I haven't heard to much chatter about this phone hybrid. Can anyone tell me how the call quality is? I am currently using an E315 but I need something with a little more function for Grad school ( I am hoping it might be a good semi replacement on some days for my laptop). Also, I see that there is a Treo 650. Does anyone know if this might find it's way over to TMo? And, one final thing: When and if I upgrade, should I just call customer care or go to Joe Blows kiosk in the mall? Does it matter where I upgrade and renew my contract for a year? Thanks!

Is it me or....

Is it me or did the Nokia 3220 on the Tmobile website turn into the black version, and NOW it says (900, 1800, 1900MHz) instead of (850, 1800, 1900MHz) like when it first launched?
