Also, I just left AT&T to get away from ATT/Cing craptacular customer svc and AT&T's horrible coverage.
If this actually happens we will be moving to Sprint or Verizon once our 11 more months is up.
Does anyone know if the courts can step in and stop this under the anti-monopoly laws?

T-Mobile USA is not for sale. Deutsche Telekom is not going to sell their most profitable zone worldwide! It would cripple them. It is mere speculation that Cingular will buy up T-Mobile. How can this even happen when T-Mobile is not even for sale?!
