OK... Got some problems, and need some advice.....
OK... I'm a long term T-mobile customer and have always been VERY happy. Where we live, coverage has always been excellent and I like the price of th plans and the service.
Anyway, about a year ago I bought the V600 and I have been happy with it overall. I have had it exchanged once or twice for a new one due to some minor problems (a key not working or something like that) but overall it has been a good phone.
But recently, we have seen a decline in the level of coverage we get in our home. Not sure why, it has just gotten worse. Maybe the winds are blowing in a different direction, or maybe there's a problem with a tower. We have called T-mobile on the issue multiple times and it does not seem to get resolves....

From my experience your problems are not with the service provided from T-Mobile but with you V600. The problems with the V600 RF are well documented. I too have this phone and the problems you describe. I also have the V300 and it is far superior to the 600 as far as it's ability to hold onto a signal. I have had the Razr now for 4 days and it is excellent. If you like the V600's software and bluetooth ability you will be very pleased with the V3.
1. location- how close are you to a tower
2. the phone itself- some phones have poorer reception than others. It depends on the brand of phone you use, and the model you use within that brand.
3. your SIM- if you have had your SIM for over two years it is probably worn out and you will need to replace it. Talk to Customer service about that.
4. Turn your phone off at least once a day. this seems to refresh the phone and helps it to get as much signal as possible.

Yes, it's TMobile's fault that Motorola isn't sending adequate supplies of the phone. Okay. 🙄
