Does anyone know if t-mobile is going to start selling other pda phones, other than the hp?

I doubt it. T-Mobile has been really slow on launching new phones lately. The only 2 phones the rep told that would be out within the next 2-3 months are Motorola V330, which looks exactly like the V300 except it has Bluetooth and Video Capture. And the other phone is the Motorola V188. I haven't seen that one yet but sounds like a "entry level" phone.

I don't know a timeline, but from what I have heard is that there are some more PDA's and a windows smartphone on their way, and they will not be hp's. (again note: heard, nothing for sure)

I live in the Phoenix AZ area, and there is an Intel chip development plant here (they mostly design/develop chips, not manufacture) an a customer came in to pay his bill with a unit that had a screen saver which said "T-Mobile Development only". He said they were working on a chipset for it (versus the TI ones currently used).

He said he thought it would be available late Q1 '05......obviously not. But it would be nice. I have seen similar units and I believe one is available for T-Mobile overseas (I have heard it called the Merlin and Blue Angel?)

The unit was nice. Somewhat thinner than the HP, but otherwise very similar (camera, BT, expansion, etc)

AGAIN THIS IS ALL SPECULATION, BUT I HAVE SEEN THE UNIT IN MY STORE IN OCTOBER!
