LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER REP

ANY REP OUT THERE THAT CAN HANDLE THE NEW YORK MARKET? IM A DEALER AND I HATE WHEN MY CUSTOMERS CALL IN TO CUSTOMER CARE I LIKE TO DO IT FOR THEM AND HANDLE THERE PROBLEMS SUCH AS WARRANTY EXCHANGE BILLING PROBLEMS ETC. ETC. BUT SOME REPS JUST PLAIN SUCK AND ARE PLAIN SLOW I GOT A VERY BUSY STORE AND NEED ASSISTANCE QUICK IS THERE A REP OUT THERE THAT I CAN JUST EMAIL AND THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT RATHER THEN ME CALLING IN ALL THE TIME

We've got millions of customers to deal with. There are slow dealers out there and there are slow customer care reps. CCRs don't have access to external email anyway.
If you like calling in for the customers then you have to deal with the wait times.

I wish I could get a group of calls from select dealers markets and get to know cust on basis, but no at this time you can not have your own Cust Care Rep, if you did though I would definitely be yours
...
