Yesterday in the colorado market all of t-mobile went down for a period of 2 1/2 hours.
Not watson or activations the network! Being in a store that has the foot traffic of about 15,000 on any given saturday, (about 20% already tmobile customers). It was the worse day in my cell phone career. My question to you folks, has that ever happened in other markets? I lost so many activations yesterday because of it, its not even funny. Tmobile reps, activations any explainations? I hope this doesnt continue to happen on a regular basis.

I am a customer, and me and me friend experienced an outage for like 4 hours a couple of months ago. I thought it was just my phone, but I called my friend's job and her phone was dead. On the phone it looked like it had reception, but the reception bars were full signal blue bars, and the phone said searching. Then some reps said do a power cycle, which I already know how to do that, but that didn't fix anything. So, I told them its not my phone, my friend is going through the same thing. Then after putting me on hold, they finally admitted that the engineers were working on the towers and it might be down for like 5 hours. Then they gave me a $5.00 credit.
