if u have a e105 and call up to order a replacement for whatever reason...what phone would they give you since it has be discontinued...?
...
My guess would be if they didn't have in overstock they would send you an equivelant phone, i'm thinking the v-180 or C225, hard for me to imagine them giving a 715 or a V300 or 315 as an equivelant, sorry if that doesn't help
...
o i dont have a e105 i just wanted to know b.c it was discontinued
...
discontinued means no longer sold w/ new serv, we still support the phone through exchange programs, (1 yr manufacter warrenty) your answer is we would send another E-105
...
Yeah, but the odd's they'll send you a "Refurbished" phone are pretty high. I just bought my phone not even a month ago and had to exchange it twice because of typical Motorola software/hardware issues. I was sent back refurbished units both times.
Isn't great when you pay out $300 for a new handset, it doesn't function properly, and you get a used/refurbished on to replace it.
Go T-Mobile!
Whatever.
...
Hmm...tell me what carrier supplies it's customers with brand new models every time they need a replacement?? Huh? Oh, that's right! You cant! So how about you think about what you say before you say it.

If you want a new phone every time, sign up for equipment protection and make a claim on them--it's at least a 35.00 deductible each time but that shouldn't be a big deal to you if having a brand new phone exchange is very important.
...
i know a couple of complanies that charge you to d an exchange and you still get refurbished equipment, or they refer you to manufactor to get replaced for free, w/ refurbished equipment

The E105 is completely supported for warranty exchange, so that's covered anyway...

WITH THE WARRANTY EXCHANGE ALL THEY DO IS FIX THE OTHER GUYS PROBLEM AND THEN SEND IT ALONG TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER SO ITS ALWAYS GONNA BE A REFURBISHED UNIT
...
Under the warranty? The E105-possibly a X475 if we don't have any stock in our warehouse for exchanges.
