My guess would be if they didn't have in overstock they would send you an equivelant phone, i'm thinking the v-180 or C225, hard for me to imagine them giving a 715 or a V300 or 315 as an equivelant, sorry if that doesn't help

Yeah, but the odd's they'll send you a "Refurbished" phone are pretty high. I just bought my phone not even a month ago and had to exchange it twice because of typical Motorola software/hardware issues. I was sent back refurbished units both times.

Isn't great when you pay out $300 for a new handset, it doesn't function properly, and you get a used/refurbished on to replace it.

Go T-Mobile!

Whatever.

Hmm...tell me what carrier supplies it's customers with brand new models every time they need a replacement?? Huh? Oh, that's right! You cant! So how about you think about what you say before you say it.

If you want a new phone every time, sign up for equipment protection and make a claim on them--it's at least a 35.00 deductible each time but that shouldn't be a big deal to you if having a brand new phone exchange is very important.

The E105 is completely supported for warranty exchange, so that's covered anyway...
