Good luck on getting this info.... It will never happen. The president has more important things to do that to read emails all day. You might want to redirect your inquiry to the proper channel.


Where I work, our president will eat you alive if contacted for irrelevant reasons.

actualy I registered on the 15th but thank you for pointing out I am new. I am a customer and was only trying to get some help since I have been trying to order a phone since 4/15 and getting the run around, the phone not being ordered and no call backs, being sent to the store etc. I really appreciate you not being willing to help someone and instead try and suggest there is something wrong with them asking for help.

Firstly, I do not work for Cingular. I am just a wireless junkie who happens to have Cingular service. Do not assume that every PhoneScoop member is a wireless employee.

Not to mention how ludicrous it is to assume that the president of a company necessarily knows HOW to deal, on a nuts and bolts level, with what are completely run of the mill issues. At our center, I would be extremely surprised if the suits were able to sit down and actually navigate our billing systems, since they didn't start out as agents, but were hired for their administrative skills. Why in the world would anyone prefer to deal with a person who has never once addressed a problem, over one who has been specifically trained to handle that exact same issue many times a day?

I blame the American blind adoration of celebrity and the automatic assumption that the grander the title/paycheck the more all encompassingly competent the ...

I think that you have a very good insight Aleq. I would not expect Stan Sigman to know how to handle a single customer. Its like asking Martha Stewart to be a cashier at K-Mart.

I wonder if she has ever actually walked into any "mart" and actually bought anything. It's my belief that many people operate under the same rules that they learned in second grade. If throwing a temper-tantrum worked then, why stop? It's up there with "Nobody told me I had to pay taxes!" Sadly, I couldn't get "Nobody" as a pseudo-name.
