Does anybody besides me think we reps need an Escape-An-Irate-Customer feature? lol
This was taken out of Cingular's forums. Seems him himself doesn't like to be good customer service. LOL No wonder Verizon's customers are happier and people switch from cingular. This guy right here.

Oh and I posted a nice reply to his thread, quite funny 🙂

whats up,
i work for verizon wireless and im telling you 1st hand that the rigorous testing is not a front. the reason we out thing through these kinds of testing is because we want to make sure our product works. we don't just make a ton of phones and see what happens. you have to go to sprint or cingular for that. plus we have 2 new phones with bluetooth coming out this month.

Moving # from ATT to Verizon
Can anybody give me an honest opinion on Verizon's CDMA technology vs the GSM/TDMA technology used by most other carriers. I am specifically interested in the quality of Verizon's network as I travel around the country. Thanks in advance.
my beef with verizon

I've been trying to talk to someone that can do something about it, but so far I've just been given the ring around. I got the "sorry a change was made late last year" then I asked "why wasn't I notified" and they were like "well, this wasn't a policy change, it was merely a mistake that was 'corrected'."
So now, I get charged $0.20/min for calls to Guam. I talked to Sprint, and they cover calls to Guam under their free long distance. That's really a big plus in my eyes. Real service without leaving anybody out no matter how small they think the problem ...

My phone is broke and my contract is up in a month....what to do?
My old LG is broken. Well, the hinge is cracked so now everytime it receives a jolt or if I close the phone it powers off. I can't power it back on unless I take out the battery first. Obviously I need a new phone.
I had been waiting in hopes that Verizon would come out with a new (good) PDA phone, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen.
I travel a lot for work along the eastern states so I need a phone that works wherever I travel. I dropped Sprint a few years ago because their coverage was only there if I was in a big city and no where else.
So do I just get a temp phone in hopes that Verizon comes out with something worth while or should I just bite the bullet and change carriers. Obviously this is a loaded qu...
