Question regarding deleting Apps
Or uninstalling them; I searched the forum but wasn't really satisfied with any of the answers so I'm wondering if I download an app and don't like it of Gawd forbid it starts messing with my phone how do you uninstall them?

Under Market, hit menu, select My Apps. Click on any app. Upper-right corner, there's a button labeled "Uninstall."
OR
From home screen press menu, select Settings. Scroll down to Applications, then select Manage Applications. Wait for your app list to populate, then click on any app. Upper-right corner, yet another button that says "Uninstall."
It's as easy as that.
