Question for you...I am going to be moving back to St. Louis, MO and found out by chance that Verizon has a call center there. I am currently a T-Mobile employee and looking to find out what you really think of the job. Do you enjoy working for Verizon? Does it pay well? Can you possibly supply a range of pays? Hows the benefits? Please advise.

Well in a comparison I recently saw at work, Verizon employees make, on average, 33 -44% more than the newly negotiated Cingular employees union contract. And from what I have heard, even Cingular employees are satisfied where they are. I can't say how much you'd expect, but the range for a CS rep is between 28k and 50k with experience. Also they pay up to 8k in tuition assistance/yr. As for benefits, the Cigna Insurance reps I've dealt with are even jealous of my coverage.
Not in bragging but to illustrate, my wife and I both work for CS and just built a $210k home and own 2 new vehicles. So, to put it in a nutshell, I would definitely consider applying.
