Question on the Premium Mobile Internet Plan

So if I get a new phone that requires the Premium Mobile Internet Plan, would I still have to pay for that $19.95 if I "upgraded" to the Unlimited Family Messaging and Mobile Internet Plan?
Only thing the Unlimited Family doesn't have that the Premium plan has is the Navigator, which can be also added for $9.99 according to the website.
Tried to play w/ the online purchase and it was requiring me to pay for both the $19.95 Prem on the one line with the Delve and then let me put the $49.99 Family Plan on the 2nd phone line. Which seems like overkill. 🙄

the unlimited plan does not apply to the $19.95 or $24.95 data packages only $14.95 and $9.95. So if you get a defferent phone it would be ok, otherwise yes you pay for both.

Unless others on the family plan want internet access, why would you get the $49.95 plan. Why not get unlim family messaging plan 29.95 and premium plan for your line only.

Others don't NEED the data but if I get the $20 Prem Mobile and $20 Unlim Messaging and they also get the $20 Unlim Messaging it's costing more than if I thought I could "upgrade" to the Family plan. Doesn't matter. I'm pretty sure I'm switching out of this carrier now. 😉
