been lurking for a while no posts lately........ things not looking to good right now for USC.... sales down, charge backs up..... ouch.... but it sucks everywhere so sorry to rub it in.... good luck everyone!

we've been experiencing a slow month at my store as well. people seem to be a little more cautious about switching carriers with the economy (damnit). charge backs are the same as ever for me.

Same here. I did pretty bad last month. We are getting busier with the stupid battery swap. But, its a hell of a chore to get new acts. And with the store hours cut.. got more people here for less time. ☹️
