Apple Isnt All Steve.
Yes. Steve Jobs brought back leadership that was lost in a dying company. However, nothing has changed from the way Apple has historically operated in the past up to today. What HAS changed, is the generation. A society that views Apple as a new start up company. A society that is unlike how I felt about Apple back then.
The highly proprietary software, hardware and accessories coupled with iron clad restrictions, led our generation to move to a more catered lifestyle of choice. The freedom to mix and match these choices.

But those days are gone. For a corporation to rise from near extinction to one of the most richest in the world in only four years, can only lead to speculation that they charge far more and offer less for products than everyone else. So if I'm going to pay more for their product, then I expect to be able to do more and have access to more choices than what they tell me I can have or not have.
