End users of applications are warned. But they recklessly click through to get their fart game or latino bikini live wall paper ignoring the implications of what they may be agreeing to.

The federal government should not be protecting the ignorant from themselves they simply see an opportunity to take control through consumer scare tactics.

Bottom line if you DON'T LIKE the conditions of use DON'T DOWNLOAD IT dumbass

I'm sure most consumers don't read the terms conditions, they aren't stupid, its human nature. Some businesses will try and take advantage of that and that's why we have government agencies to protect our interests.

Why do people want everything done for them? We aren't in kindergarten? Terms and Conditions are thrown in your face when you download something on your computer or phone. It's the END USER'S responsibility to read them and know what they're agreeing to before they click "I Agree."

It's not like they're hiding information in their T&Cs. It's all layed out, right in front of you (sometimes even in multiple languages).

If I sign a lease for an apartment (which is a contract and essentially the same thing as clicking "I Agree" on a T&C), but skim over the policies and rules of the proptery, then get evicted for, let's say having a pet that wasn't allowed. Should the government step in and fix it because I was negligent and didn't r...
