Why is it when people with contracts pay more than prepaid? I remember when you had good credit you got better for less.

VZW is in competition with Straight Talk which is making a big movement in the south region. Before prepaid cus were paying more then postpay but since Straight Talk came in the picture VZW has lowered and chnage its plans to compete with them in prepaid along with competing with AT&T, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile. Most prepaid cus will go with the cheapiest company at times then who the carrier is. And now VZW allows prepaid cus to get Smartphones but the only problem is they can't get insurance for the devices. So they have more of a hassile then postpay cus. Store's don't even want to deal with prepaid cus but honestly prepaid is a HUGE money maker.
