Motorola to Build LTE Network for San Francisco
I'm sure San Fran will block that from happening...
CTIA is suing San Fran for it's harsh retrictions on cell phone tower placement. Let's see how far Motorola gets with this.

why would they do that? the city of san francisco hired motorola. why would the city block motorola from doing the job the city hired them for?

They seem to be doing a good job of blocking carriers from putting up additional towers in the city...which is why CTIA is suing them. Their concern is the amount of radiation coming from towers and the cellular devices themselves. I guess we shall see what happens.
