Bullshit! **** Apple! They are a bunch of ****ing retards with a big wallet and lawyers filing all these baseless lawsuits. Kodak, originally known as Eastman Kodak, was founded and was producing cameras and film and processing the images a century (that's 100 years for the illiterate) before Apple was even formed.

Last I checked Apple isn't using film based cameras in their devices... So the majority of the patents you are referring to is arbetrary to the lawsuit. If you want to know of the processes apple is referring to you should look no further than their iChat technology and image compression technique used during those sessions.

Ps stop trolling

I'm just saying that I am tired of hearing about Apple bringing lawsuits against companies who are larger, more established and experienced, and have existed and made products long before the little prick Apple was even conceived.

its a counter-suit... Apple didnt go looking to fight Kodac. Kodac saw that Apple has $40billion+ dollars in the bank and wanted to try and get some. in most of these cases companies settle out of court and end up trading patents or sharing patents... Apple on the other hand would rather fight for what it owns.

Apple is that nerdy kid that grew up, worked out, and decided its going to defend itself to the very end. If you dont like that then fine but look at both sides of the line before you decide where to watch from.
