If all phones ran Android, then the only lawsuits would be over hardware, and that's easily determined if a company has stolen it from another.

Got to love OPEN SOURCE and its VAST amount of Benefits now just to give google time to work out kinks. They are 2 years behind apple and much longer behind others. The next few years should provide android the time and resources to bloom into something potentially great.
