Sharp phones

The worst phones I owned were made by sharp, pure junk. Sharp should just stay out of the cell phone arena.

I know what you mean. The irony is that Sharp makes excellent quality phones for Europe and Asia. Most people would be surprised at how advanced their Jap market phones are. Their reliability is pretty good too.

Why do the US market Sharp mobiles have to be poor quality and often missing basic features?

Hmm... that's a mystery. 🙄

My first phone that comes anywhere close to high-end, that I owned way back in summer of 2006 had a 3.2 af camera with 3x optical zoom, and stereo speakers. It was a damn fine handset.

It was the Sharp V903

Exactly! The 903 was sweet. It was a Vodafone exclusive that was eventually unlocked. You either imported it or bought from someone who did. It was not a US market phone. The 902 was a nice phone too.
